 Well, there's nothing like a good old fashioned strike. Especially if it involves a massive city march and rally. Public sector workers held a nationwide strike on Wednesday in response to threats of pension cuts and regulations for later retirement. As a teacher, my boyfriend had no choice (ha) but to take a day off to support his union. And since I had a day off I thought I'd tag along :)

Over 2 million public sector workers joined in the action across the UK. It was the biggest strike for over 30 years and we were lucky enough to be a part of the gigantic crowd in London.
