The froggy pond of love. How many can you see in this picture?

A sure sign that spring is on it's way - frogs have invaded the garden of 37D. Over the last couple of weeks they have been hopping home; making their way across the road, up the stairs and all the way back to the pond where they were born. We've had to watch our step whenever we entered or left the house so as not to squash those who had stopped on the walkway for a little pre-pond action. To avoid any catastrophes we've been collecting them in a bucket and transferring them to the backyard at every given opportunity. And it is just the beginning...

Playing it cool.

 I think it may have spotted me.

Some frog spawn (yes, already) that we collected from the pond. It will stay in the mud room of our house until those tiny dots sprout arms and legs and are able to hop away from danger.
